The property is situated close to 1 of the 3 swimming pools on the complex.
Situated on Yucca Park complex, a few minutes from the beach and many bars and restaurants. Bar/restaurant on complex with solarium and squash courts.

Bedroom: Bedroom with twin beds, ceiling fan and standing fan, hairdryer, safe and sliding doors onto the balcony.
Bathroom: En suite bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and WC.
Kitchen: Kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, saucepans and settings for 6.
Utility Room: Utility cupboard with iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and cleaning equipment.
Living Room: Lounge with double sofa bed, armchair, 2 bar stools, TV with English Channels, DVD player, coffee table, table with lamp, ceiling and standing fan.
Other: Shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
Cleaning/towels/Linen/maid service: Apartment cleaned once per week, with clean linen and towels provided at this time.
Outside
Large terrace/patio with table and 6 chairs. Bar/restaurant, solarium and squash courts on complex. 2 swimming pools and an excellent children's pool with lifeguard.
Coast/Beach: It is a 5 minute stroll to Playa Fanabe beach, there are plenty of watersport activities. A 15 minute walk to Playa del Duque with its fabulous white sandy beach. Also 10 minutes walk in the other direction you will find La Pinta beach and the harbour with many boat trips.
Golf: 10 minutes to the nearest golf course.
Travel: The Reina Sofia airport is a 20 minute taxi drive away.
Notes on accommodation: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, smokers may do so on the terrace. Children welcome. No pets allowed. English channels available (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5 some sports channels).
Changeover day: Flexible. Arrival time 1pm. Departure 10am.
Booking notes: Booking can either be done by email, telephone or post. A £100 deposit cheque on booking, with balance due 2 months prior to commencement of holiday. A separate £50 security deposit will be required - refundable on return.
