1 BEDROOM APARTMENT – LOS CRISTIANOS (SLEEPS 4)
A well maintained one bedroom apartment on the small privately owned Chipeque Complex in Los Cristianos. The complex benefits from a figure of eight swimming pool divided with a bridge – one area being separated for the young ones, poolside bar and beautiful well kept gardens.
The apartment sleeps 4 and has a large living area with a double sofa bed. The lounge comprises of a TV with DVD player and a collection of DVD’s together with a music centre which you can get local radio (Spanish and English) or play your own CD's. The bedroom has two single beds with large mirrored wardrobes which have plenty of storage space.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, grill and all your essentials. Also for your convenience, there is an iron and ironing board. On site there is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The bathroom is completely tiled and has large mirrors and spot lights.
For your added security there is a safe in the bedroom, a grill on the back bedroom window and a gate at the front of the apartment. The balcony holds patio furniture to seat four, which overlooks the pool area which is surrounded by plenty of sun beds including mattresses.
Facilities include:
Bedrooms: 1 Twin Bedroom. Large mirrored wardrobes with plenty of hanging and shelving space. Also two bed side tables and dressing table with large mirror above.
Bathrooms: 1 Bathroom. Completely tiled with large mirror and bright spot lights
Kitchen: Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Iron. Also supplied is a hot plate which you can cook almost anything, including steaks, fish, sausages, eggs etc.
Utilities: Iron, Ironing Board
Dining: Seating for 4. There is a patio table and four chairs outside with a pull up table and two chairs if you wish to eat inside.
General: Maid Service, House Linen, Towels Provided. The lounge and bedroom have been fitted with large ceiling fans.
Entertainment: Terrestrial TV, DVD, Radio, CD System, Table Tennis. A selection of DVD's are available in the apartment, together with a CD system for your own music. There is also Sky TV in the bar area so you can keep up with the soaps and follow the latest sporting events while enjoying your favourite drink!
Outside Facilities:
Communal Pool, Balcony. The apartment has a lovely view overlooking the pool and gardens. There is also a life guard on duty for your safety.
The poolside bar serves drinks, snacks and meals from 10.00 am until late. There are also two pool tables and one table tennis table on the complex. It is a central location for many bars and restaurants of all types including English, Spanish, Chinese, Irish, Mexican and Indian, the choice is endless.
You will find many bars and restaurants close by offering a wide range of entertainment from cabaret, karaoke and quiz nights. There are also many shows which include parrot, reptile, and fashion.
Close by is the weekly market on Sundays by the Arona Gran Hotel where you can barter for your goods. There are many supermarkets also close by, some small and some large, where you will find plenty of choice.
Local activities include: Swimming, Diving, Surfing, Wind-surfing, Water Skiing, Sailing, Fishing, Walking, Cycling, Mountain Biking, Tennis, Golf, and Paragliding.
Siam Park is situated approximately 5 minutes away by taxi.
You are not far away from the harbour where you can get a ferry to La Gomera to enjoy another one of the Canary Islands.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke outside. There are 10 steps down to the complex and a further 10 steps up to the apartment. An able bodied elderly person would be fine.
The easiest way to get to the complex from the airport is by taxi.
Rental Notes: Rates for Christmas, New Year and Easter will vary, please enquire. Changeover day is flexible. The stay can be as long or as short as you wish. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. For a 2 week stay, linen and towels will be changed at the end of the first week. A mid week clean can be arranged which will be payable locally.
