2 BEDROOM APARTMENT – ATLANTICO 1 (FASE III), COSTA DEL SILENCIO (SLEEPS 5 / 6)
Superior well equipped quality 2 bedroom apartment on a modern, well run complex, in Costa del Silencio, conveniently situated 20 minutes from TFS (Tenerife South Airport). As the name suggests, this is quieter than some resorts - there are many fine restaurants, bars and convenient supermarkets.
The Canarian fishing village of Las Galletas is a 20 minute stroll away where there is a daily fish market, picturesque harbour and charming promenade with many friendly bars and restaurants. The area is noted as being in the top 10 diving places world wide. There are many interesting walks and the village is well served with both day to day and designer shops. There is a good bus service to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, approx. 30 minutes away and local car hire is reasonable with plenty of choice.
We have tried to think of everything when equipping the apartment which was furnished to the highest standard when newly bought in 2004 and we are constantly monitoring and renewing where necessary. In addition to the 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) there is a double bed/settee in the living room and a child's cot is available. There are 5 British TV channels, video, DVD, & CD. The equipment includes, barbeque, safe, iron/ironing board, washing machine, full cooker with ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The sunny terrace looks directly on to the swimming pool and there is outside furniture including table, 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers.
Local Activities: Cycling, Biking, Golf, Sailing, Waterskiing, Diving, Mountaineering, Surfing, Windsurfing, Fishing, Paragliding, Swimming, Tennis, dolphin and whale watching, camel safari, go-karting.
Attractions / Excursions: Siam Park is less than 30 minutes away by car / taxi. Yellow Submarine Safari is about 10 minutes away by car / taxi. There are free buses available from Los Cristianos and Las Americas from designated pick-up points to Siam Park, Jungle Park and Aqua Land. Coach excursions are available to Mount Teide, Loro Parque and Santa Cruz.

The owners made sure that every detail was attended to, ensuring that we had a totally problem free holiday. I have to rate this as one of my most relaxing holidays ever. It was great to just lie in the sun, reading and drinking a glass of wine in quiet, peaceful surroundings. Whilst being close to the flight-path for Reina Sofia airport, the aircraft were never intrusive and the noise was minimal. "The apartment was awesome, clean, organized anything and everything you might needed its there, the children enjoyed the table games, pool and all the DVD's, there is not one thing wrong I can say about this place and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I got the keys to apartment before I got to the place (he sent them via Fed ex to me, in America) I would recommend highly coming to spent a few days or weeks at this location. There are 2 supermarkets at walking range and also there is a hotel across the street that you can rent a car from them, so everything was spectacular!!!!! Booking Conditions: Changeover day is flexible. A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival in Tenerife. All payments are non-refundable, hence strongly recommend holiday insurance with cancellation cover. Extra days are at a pro rata price to the weekly rate. The apartment is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure unless by prior arrangement. Weekly cleaning and laundry included.
