Beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment situated on a much sought after complex in Los Cristianos with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Royal Palm is an Andalusian style village nestled quietly into a gentle hillside overlooking Los Cristianos. On-site facilities include two swimming pools (1 heated from Oct – Apr), childrens pool and bar / restaurant (Rosie’s Cantina).
The apartment is beautifully presented, well maintained and can comfortably sleep 4 people. The kitchen is very well equipped for a self catering holiday and includes full oven and hob, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine. The living area is spacious and comfortable with TV, (12 English speaking TV channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, and Channel 5), DVD player, radio, CD player, dining seating for four and double doors giving access to a spacious balcony. The master bedroom has double bed, en-suite bathroom and double doors leading to the balcony. Bedroom two has two single beds, TV, DVD player and ample storage space. The second bathroom is fully tiled, has marble topped vanity unit and full bath with overhead shower.
Outdoors, the spacious balcony has views over the complex and is furnished with table and chairs; perfect for dining alfresco while the sun goes down!

Getting there: Royal Palm is about 15 minutes drive from the airport in the South of Tenerife (Reina Sofia). Taxi’s are available from just outside the arrivals terminal. Buses are also available to Los Cristianos from the Airport.
Notes: Great for families. Children welcome. Suitable for the elderly. Sorry no pets allowed. Sorry no same sex parties. Smoking is permitted on the balcony, please use the ashtrays provided. There is free transport to and from Siam Park from Royal Palm, and the Park is only 5 minutes away by car.

Booking Conditions: A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The apartment is available for check in at 3.00 pm on your day of arrival until 10.00am on your day of departure (unless prior arrangements have been made).
