A new luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with marble floors throughout. The villa is beautifully furnished, and has air conditioning, a private heated swimming pool and a large terrace with stone built barbecue. The villa also has private gardens and spectacular sea views and is conveniently situated in El Madroñal, Fañabe, south Tenerife.
The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and has 4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 8 to 10 people.
The spacious kitchen / dining area is very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and ample pots, pans, serving and eating utensils, a large dining table and double doors giving access on to a beautiful sunny terrace.
The large living room has two large sofas, coffee table, air conditioning, TV showing English channels and access to the terrace via large double doors.
All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and full air conditioning. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have an interconnecting bathroom with shower cubicle. The front bedroom also has a single fold-up bed suitable for a child. There is a large balcony off the master bedroom and the second bedroom with pool views and spectacular views of the ocean. There is a fourth bedroom downstairs and a further large bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Outdoors there is a large terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining alfresco. Steps lead down to the garden area, heated pool, shower and sunbathing terrace, with sun beds, and a well situated barbecue.
The Local Area
El Madroñal is a quiet residential area, popular with holidaymakers because of its convenient location. Within the local vicinity there is a bar which serves drinks and meals throughout the day, a deli café where you can enjoy coffee and pastries and a well stocked supermarket, open 7 days. At the centre of the community there is a well maintained park with children’s play area and picnic tables.
Just a short walk from the villa is the Rodeo Restaurant and Cocktail bar and the Gran Sur shopping centre where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, a supermarket, bank, 7 screen cinema showing at least one English language movie each week and there is also a taxi rank.
The beaches at Fañabe and Torviscas are about a 20 minute walk away or 5 minutes in a taxi, where you will find many more shops, bars, restaurants and plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained, thats if you can manage tear yourself away from this beautiful villa!
Local Activities include: Water sports, pony trekking, boat excursions, go-karting, and golf within a few minutes drive.
Local Attractions include: Siam Park, Jungle Park, Aqualand, Monkey Park and Tenerife Pearl. Coach excursions are available to Loro Parque, Mount Teide, Santa Cruz and Pyramides de Guimar to name but a few.

Payments: 25% non refundable deposit at booking, then remaining balance 8 weeks before arrival, paid by either UK or Tenerife bank transfer.
Services: Towels and linen are provided changed once weekly, Pool professionally cleaned on Wednesdays and garden maintained weekly.
