Lovely studio apartment situated on the top floor of a low rise complex in Playa de Las Americas within walking distance of the beach and all the well known bars, restaurants and night clubs.
The complex, El Paradero has 2 pools (including children’s pool); sun bathing terrace with sun beds, a bar, evening entertainment, pool table, launderette, internet access, beautiful gardens and 24 hour reception at the Paraiso del Sol complex. In the immediate vicinity there are a number of popular night spots as well as shops and supermarkets. The beach and promenade is only a short walk away from the apartment where you will find more shops, bars and restaurants. A stroll along the lovely promenade will eventually lead to Los Cristianos in one direction and Torviscas, Fanabe and Del Duque in the other direction.
The apartment is beautifully presented and can comfortably sleep 3 people. The kitchen is very well equipped for a self catering holiday; there are two single beds and a pull out sofa bed in the living area.

Outdoors the Balcony which overlooks the gardens and has mountain views is furnished with table and chairs for your enjoyment. There is also parking space should you hire a car.
Local Activities include: Water sports, sailing excursions, dolphin and whale trips, fishing trips, walking / trekking, quad bikes, *Go-karting, bike hire and golf within 15 minutes walk.
Local Attractions include: *Siam Park, *Jungle Park, Cactus Gardens, Monkey Park, *Aqualand. Coach excursions are available to Loro Park, Mount Teide, Piramides de Guimar plus much more! The neighbouring island of La Gomera is accessible from the ferry port in Los Cristianos.

Getting there: Playa de las Americas is about 20 minutes drive from Reina Sofia Airport in the south of Tenerife. Buses are available at the airport. There are always plenty of taxi’s just outside the arrivals terminal, cost around 20 Euros one way. Car hire is also available in the arrivals area.
Notes: Changeover day is flexible. Discounts available for stays longer than 4 weeks. Children welcome. Smokers welcome. Sorry no pets allowed.
Booking conditions: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The apartment is available from 2:00 pm on arrival day to 10:00 am on departure day - unless a later time is agreed with the owners.
