Lovely ground floor studio apartment on the Santa Maria Hotel complex, occupying a central location in Puerto Colon, within walking distance of the beach, marina, shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Suitable for couples and families only.
The Santa Maria is a lovely, bright and clean hotel situated approximately 200m from Torviscas beach. The complex has two swimming pools (one heated), poolside bar, sunbathing terrace with sun beds, TV lounge, kids club and disco, nightly entertainment and internet access. Within the local area there are many bars and restaurants offering evening entertainment and an international cuisine.
The studio apartment is tastefully furnished and very well equipped including air conditioning unit and sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The lounge area has a double sofa bed, TV with British channels, DVD player, small selection of DVDs, a dining area and patio doors giving access to the balcony which is furnished with table, chairs, parasol and access to the pool area. There are two single beds, 2 double wardrobes and ample drawer space. Full length curtains divide the living area from the sleeping area, allowing extra privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and safe in the apartment for your use.
Local Activities: Water sports, sailing excursions, (including dolphin and whale watching), fishing trips, walking / trekking, horse riding, crazy golf, trampolines, *Go-karting, golf within 10 minutes drive, plus much more. Coach excursions are available to Loro Park, Shopping in Santa Cruz, Mount Teide and Piramides de Guimar.
