A beautifully furnished and well presented apartment on a very popular complex situated in Playa Fanabe and only a short stroll to the beach and the main promenade where you can walk to Puerto Colon Marina or the exclusive resort of Del Duque. Suitable for couples and families.
The complex has 2 swimming pools (unheated) including a children’s pool, a poolside bar, pool / snooker table, table tennis, gym, restaurant, supermarket and 24 hour reception and in the immediate vicinity there is a good selection of excellent shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people and is very well equipped for self catering. The bedroom consists of 2 single beds with plenty of wardrobe space. The lounge has a sofa bed which can be made up as 2 singles or 1 double and French doors leading onto the large private terrace.

Getting There: Fanabe is approximately 25 minutes drive from Reina Sofia Airport in the South of Tenerife. Buses are available from the airport to Fanabe. Taxi’s are available from just outside the arrivals terminal and cost around 25 euros. Car hire is also available at the airport arrivals area.
Local Activities include: Water sports, sports, boat excursions, fishing trips, ten-pin bowling, and golf within 5 minutes drive. Coach excursions are available to Loro Parque, Mount Teide, Santa Cruz and Piramides de Guimar plus much more!
Free buses are available from designated pick up points in Fanabe to Siam Park, Jungle Park, Aqualand and Go Karting
Local Area: Fanabe is a fantastic resort with plenty of activities on offer to keep the whole family entertained throughout the day. The beach is ideal for relaxing in the sun or you can take advantage of the many water sports on offer, from paragliding to water-skiing. Puerto Colon Marina is only a short walk away where you can enjoy many of the boat trips on offer including a trip to the nearby island of La Gomera (a walker's paradise) or venture out to watch the pilot whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. The championship Adeje Golf course is nearby for those who enjoy a round or two. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find the exclusive shopping centre of Plaza del Duque, the twice weekly market (Thursday and Saturday) situated opposite the El Duque Shopping Centre in Fanabe. Ten-pin bowling is just 500 yards away. Evening entertainment can be found in many of the bars and restaurants along the sea front.

Booking Conditions
Changeover day is flexible. A deposit of £75 per week is required to confirm a booking and the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure
