Very modern and attractive one bedroom apartment situated on the popular Mare Verde complex in Torviscas within a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops.
The Mare Verde Complex has a central location and on-site boasts 5 interconnecting swimming pools, pool bar, pool tables, tennis courts, a restaurant, 24 hour reception, evening entertainment and a supermarket. Within the local vicinity there are many more shops, bars and restaurants including the Gran Sur shopping centre which houses a 7 screen cinema along with many more facilities. Immediately outside the complex there are bus stops and a taxi rank if you want to venture to the other resorts.
The apartment is very well presented and equipped for a self catering holiday for 4 people. The modern kitchen includes hot plate, fridge, washing machine, microwave oven and toaster. The living area is very tastefully furnished with a double sofa bed, 32” LCD TV, coffee table, dining table and chairs with patio doors leading on to a beautiful terrace with pool views and furnished with table and chairs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is fitted with modern fixtures and includes a shower cubicle with hydro massage shower.
Local Activies include: Water sports, crazy golf, tennis, sailing and fishing trips including dolphin and whale watching, walking / trekking, quad bikes, mountain bikes and golf within 10 minutes drive. Coach excursions are available to Loro Parque, Mount Teide, Santa Cruz plus much more.
Siam Park and Aqualand are within walking distance of the complex; however there are free buses available to both water parks at designated pick up points in the local area. Free buses are also available to Jungle Park and Go-Karting.
Getting there: Mare Verde is approximately 20 minutes drive from the airport. Taxi’s are available from outside the arrivals terminal at Reina Sofia airport, south Tenerife and cost around 25 euros one way. Car hire is also available from the airport.
