A beautiful 2 bedroom villa situated in a rural location on the south east coast of Tenerife on a 2,000 metre finca with fruit trees, vineyards and tropical flowers. No mass tourism, just peace and tranquility in perfect surroundings.
The villa is one of two villas situated on the finca at Araya, close to the beautiful seaside town of Candelaria and only 20 minutes drive away from Reina Sofia Airport in the South.
The villa offers the perfect location for a relaxing holiday and can comfortably sleep 5 people. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment required for a self catering holiday and the lounge offers home from home comforts with seating and dining for 5. Bedroom one has a double bed, bedroom two has 2 single beds and there is also a sofa bed. The large private terrace faces the sea and small vineyard and is furnished with table, chairs, sun bed and barbecue. A gentle stroll through the vineyard will lead you to the large pool area with sun bathing terrace.
The finca lies just 100m above sea level in a valley between two mountains and is known as El Hornito, The Little Oven. The nearby town of Candelaria famous for its beautiful church and spectacular fiestas is only 4 minutes drive away where you will find plenty of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The town has a calm atmosphere even when busy, there is a lovely promenade to stroll along and the open air cafes offer the perfect place to relax with a refreshing drink while watching the world go by! There is a swimming pool complex with children’s pool and café, costs around 4€ per day.
The local bus passes the entrance to the finca and there are restaurants in the local area.
