A luxurious apartment situated on the beautiful Dinastia complex in Los Cristianos, with great views from the balcony and just a few minutes walk to the beach.
Dinastia is a modern complex situated within walking distance of the beach and town centre. On-site facilities include large swimming pool, children’s paddling pool, pool bar and restaurant.
The apartment is of a very high standard with marble floors and a luxury Jacuzzi and can comfortably sleep 6 people. The fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar and is well equipped for self catering and includes, oven, hob, fridge / freezer and washing machine. The lounge is spacious and bright with dining area, sofa, TV and patio doors leading on to a large terrace which has great views and is furnished with high quality patio furniture. Bedroom 1 has double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, reading lamps and en-suite bathroom fitted with Jacuzzi bath, shower, marble vanity unit and WC. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and dressing table. There is a further second bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC. A cot is also available if required.
Local Attactions / Activities include: Siam Park, Jungle Park, Aqualand, Various water sports, boat excursions, fishing, go-karting, golf within a few minutes drive. Coach excursions are available to Loro Parque, Mount Teide, Santa Cruz plus much more.
Free buses are available from pick-up points in Los Cristianos to Siam Park, Jungle Park, Go-karting and Aqualand.
Getting there: Los Cristianos is only a few minutes drive from Reina Sofia Airport in the South of Tenerife. Buses and taxi’s are available just outside the arrivals terminal and car hire is also available at the airport.
Notes: Changeover day is normally Friday. The owner will try to be as flexible as possible regarding access on early arrivals and late departures but if there are concurrent bookings check in time will be 2pm and check out at 10am.
Booking Conditions: A deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking and the balance to be paid in full two months prior to arrival. For late bookings, full payment is required at time of booking.
