The Mare Verde complex has a central location, with bars, shops and restaurants all within a couple of minutes walk from the complex.  On-site facilities include several swimming pools all linked by a meandering stream and complemented by sunbathing terraces surrounded by well kept gardens. A bar serves snacks and drinks in the centre of the complex and there is a restaurant which serves English and Spanish food. For the more energetic there is a tennis court.  Puerto Colon Marina is only a short walk from the complex.  There are bus stops and a taxi rank just outside the complex if you want to venture further afield.

This lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment is very well equipped and can comfortably sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children.  The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave and a good selection of cooking and eating equipment.  The large spacious lounge has a double sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 children, dining table and chairs, TV and double patio doors giving access to a lovely sunny balcony which is furnished with table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ.  There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed, the other has 2 twin beds.  Bathroom has bath, shower, WC and bidet.  There is also an iron and ironing board and room fans in the apartment should you require them.

Local activies include: Water sports, dolphin and whale watching, fishing, trampolines, crazy golf, quad bike, mountain bike hire, walking / trekking, horse riding, Go-karting plus much more.

Local Attractions include: Siam Park, Jungle Park, Monkey Park, and Aqualand.  Coast excursions are available to Mount Teide, Loro Parque, Santa Cruz, plus much more.

Getting there:  The Mare Verde complex is approximately 20 minutes drive from Tenerife South airport.  Taxi’s are available just outside the arrivals area.  Car hire is also available within the airport terminal.

Notes: Ground floor access but no special arrangements for wheelchair users. However, complex is suitable for wheelchair users.

Booking Conditions:  A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.  Balance is due no later than 3 weeks prior to your arrival.  Local manager arranges key collection and return.
