A magnificent detached country villa with private pool on small vineyard located on the south east coast of Tenerife close to the beautiful seaside town of Candelaria offering spectacular sea and mountain views.
The villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and offers home comforts. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything required to enjoy self catering in this beautiful location. The large spacious lounge has a bar and dining area with seating for 8 and there are four large double bedrooms, the master bedroom having en-suite bathroom and pool views. The main bathroom has large corner bath and is finished in black and white Grecian style. There is also an office with internet connection and a laundry with washing machine and ironing board.
Outdoors the villa has its own private gardens with large fountain, fruit trees, terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue, perfect for those warm summer evenings and a private pool with sun bathing terrace and sun beds.
Candelaria, famous for its beautiful church and fantastic fiesta’s is approximately 4 minutes drive from the villa and has a varied selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The town is calm and relaxed, with a lovely promenade to stroll along and open air cafes for that true Canarian atmosphere.
