Tenerife is home to a number of attractions that the whole family can enjoy:

Tenerife’s newest tourist attraction is Europe’s largest water park. The park has a spectacular Asian-themed look and feel about it, with thrilling water coasters such as the Dragon, the Mekong Rapids and the Tower Of Power for adrenaline junkies to enjoy.
For a more peaceful experience, the calming warm waters of Siam Beach and the Lazy River rides give you the chance to relax a little more, whilst the little ones can enjoy exploring the Lost City play area.

Being a volcanic island, Tenerife has some spectacular scenery, and the Mount Teide National Park gives you and your family the chance to explore the landscape.
There are walking tours available within the park, as well as the option of exploring the area by jeep to help give tired legs a rest.
Tenerife Zoo Monkey Park

For the more adventurous there is a toboggan run and the Jungle Run adventure playground, with rope bridges, tunnels and cargo nets to explore – giving you the chance to experience life in the treetops.
Flights to Tenerife are available from a number of UK airports, and it’s best to book as early as possible, especially during peak times. Bob Atkinson, travel expert at Travelsupermarket advises: “If you have few commitments and can go last minute, get an even cheaper package deal or flight/hotel deal by booking a few days or less in advance and reap some serious savings. But remember, if you need set dates to a particular destination you run the risk of no availability if you leave it too late - especially during school holidays.”
